Data deletion

1.How to ask

Email privacy@tansi.store with the subject “Delete my data” and tell us:

• the email address or phone number of your Tansi account, and send the email from that address if you can;
• if you used a chat, which app (Messenger, LINE or Telegram) and the shop you chatted with;
• whether you also want your records at particular shops deleted.

2.What we delete

• Your account: your name, email address, phone number, password, profile picture and the sign-ins linked to it (Facebook, Google, LINE, phone).
• Your sign-in sessions, notifications and browser notification addresses.
• Your chat identities: your Messenger, LINE and Telegram IDs, names and pictures, at every shop.
• The shops' records of you: we remove your name, phone number, email address, picture, birthday and notes, and your points and stamps.

3.What a shop may keep

A shop's bills, payments and the photos that prove them are part of its accounts, which the law may require it to keep. We keep those without your name, phone number or email address.

4.When

We confirm your request by email, may ask you to prove the account is yours, and finish within 30 days. We email you when it is done.

5.Removing Tansi from Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook you can also remove Tansi from your Facebook account: Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites, choose Tansi and remove it. That stops Facebook sharing anything new with us; to delete what we already have, email us as above.

6.Shops

A shop that stops using Tansi can ask us at privacy@tansi.store to delete the shop: its account, branches, staff, menu, customers and records. Its LINE, Facebook and Telegram connections can be removed at once under Chat channels in the dashboard.
